2022 SAOC National - Thirsk Racecourse YO7 1QL

Everything is going as planned and you will find the Booking Form link below.  Please note the DISCOUNT for early booking and help us to make the event even better by registering as soon as you can so that we will have a better idea on attendance and the budget that we can spend on little extras. The Sunbeam Tiger and Rapier Clubs have been invited to join us for the weekend.

You will find the Saturday night menu on the form  Please indicate the choices for you and your party and as at recent Nationals your menu tickets will be in your welcome pack.

Your welcome pack will also include a name badge for use at the meet & greet on the Friday evening.

Please use the entrance signposted SAOC and showing the clubs feather flags.  

The itinerary is:

Thursday 18th Aug. Setting up and early bird arrivals in the afternoon and evening,  the Fish & Chip Van is confirmed.

Friday 19th Aug. Main weekend arrivals, meet and greet in the evening.  A Breakfast Van has been organised for the whole weekend.  There will be a drive out, probably back up to Tan Hill (remember those hills!), evening meet & greet with entertainment.

Saturday 20th Aug. Concours, AGM, Group Photo, Dinner & Dance, BBQ for those that wish.  Optional drive-out routes, local trains available for visits to Middlesborough, York and Harrogate

Sunday 21st Aug. Drive outs - Yorkshire, possibly again to Goathland (Aidenfield for Heartbeat fans).  Catching up with old friends and casual Sunday in great company, BBQ or external food provider on site.

Monday 22nd  Aug. Farewell to the long stayers and dismantle.

Hopefully the weather will be kind to us but if not, we have it covered with the use of the large Herriot Hall near the camping site.
